I was asked to do the eulogy for tonight's service for my lola.  I was very nervous about it... and I think rightfully so... with all the fams and friends of fams listening.  I was told I did well... I hope I did.

I stopped by my uncle's to hang out with my little cousins... they grow up so fast.  I ended up hanging out with the adults... my uncles and aunts and friends of uncles and aunts... people who knew my dad.  I haven't drank or laughed so much in a long time.  My family is crazy and hilarious.  They didn't hold back with the stories... no one was safe from flaming either.  I even got to hear about my uncle's nickname for my dad... "Long Ranger".  Uhhh... definitely not for kids' ears.

Need to get some rest... got work to do tomorrow... hmm... make that today.

can't seem to sleep and feeling a little nauseous.  working out didn't seem to help wear me out.

I was going to visit tonight.  Never put the things that matter off for later... it might be too late.  R.I.P.  N.D.

The one thing I truly love about life... is the number of curveballs it throws at you.  When you think you know what pitch is coming up next... you swing... and a miss!  But before you can even hit a homerun, you have to step up to the plate and not be afraid to swing.
