  that's how long i have to wait 'til i can close on my new condo.  i've already put down 5% and another 5% is due in 6 months.  I'm broke as a joke.  i went to check out the model unit on sunday and brought my parents.  they both loved it.  my stepdad is already TELLING, not recommending, me what options and upgrades to pick.  i took a few pictures of the place.  i also decided to take pictures of some of the furniture to get an idea of how i want to decorate the place when it's ready.  inebri8ed and datchineseguy already closed on their units in the same development.  i've yet to see inebri8ed's place but i did get to visit dat and i'm psyched.  their place looks nice.  especially with that huge flatscreen tv mounted over the fireplace.  can't wait.  i'm already looking at furniture mags.  contemporary look or bahay kubo styles?

  This floorplan is actually a mirror image of the model but the deck is in the right place.  Also there isn't an island kitchen; instead, it extends like a breakfast bar enclosing the kitchen.
